Over the past decades, a large number of Sunday schools have been created in the country. They solve the problem of churching a person and work in this direction with both children and adults. Teachers who have been working in this area of ​​church life for many years have accumulated a great deal of experience. But, it must be admitted, it is far from always possible to ensure the continuity of this experience within the parish and, moreover, between parishes. Often a new teacher starts working from scratch, collects precious experience "from the world by thread", looks for interesting programs and teaching materials.

Purpose of the site- to help the Sunday school teacher in teaching and methodological support of the lessons, as well as to promote the emergence of a creative community of Sunday school teachers in our country and abroad.

We also want to help adult Orthodox people who are striving to better understand the content of the Orthodox faith and church life, and, in particular, parents who are faced with the need to explain the foundations of the faith to their children. The materials of our site will help in achieving both goals.

A small team of teachers and graduates is working on the site Orthodox St. Tikhon University for the Humanities with experience in Sunday schools. But the true development of the project depends on you, dear colleagues! We are waiting for your reaction, your questions and your support.

Our site has two main sections: School for children and School for adults. Educational materials in each of these schools are presented in two forms: for teachers and for students, and also divided into age groups(or year of study), items(Old Testament, New Testament, Temple and worship, etc.) and Topics inside objects. For each educational topic, the goal, objectives, lesson plan and keywords and textbook references. Texts are always accompanied by illustrative materials.

Materials with common guidelines on teaching are placed in the section " Method of teaching".

As in a real Sunday school, the site operates in a learning mode from September to May - the traditional school year. During the holidays, the subject of the site materials changes: the emphasis is on preparing for the holidays, reviews of interesting book novelties, preparation and stories about pilgrimages and travels. All this can be seen in the section " Additional materials ". Internet links to resources useful for teaching Sunday School classes are provided in the section " useful links".

Sunday School Principles for Adults

Section work "School for adults" aims to promote Orthodox religious education for adults.

Our approach involves solving two problems:

1) methodological assistance to teachers of Sunday schools;

2) assistance to users of the site in self-education.

In accordance with these tasks, each specific topic is divided into materials for teachers and materials for students (the structure of each of them is described below). The educational and thematic plan is the same for both teachers and students.

The choice of subjects for our Sunday School was based on an analysis curricula individual Sunday schools and the recommendations of the Synodal Department for Religious Education and Catechism regarding the content of training for future Sunday school teachers and parish catechists.

Within three years, starting from 2015, it is planned to complete all selected disciplines educational materials.

The duration of the academic year - from September to May, inclusive - is approximately 36 academic weeks.

In the 2015-2016 academic year, educational materials were posted on the subjects: "Old Testament", "Catechism" and "Liturgical Tradition".

In the 2016-2017 academic year, it is planned to place materials on the subjects: "New Testament", "Church History" and "Church Slavonic".

In the 2017 - 2018 academic year - on the "History of Russian Orthodox Church”, “History of non-Christian religions” and “Sectology”.

The sequence of teaching/learning presented in our Sunday School is advisory in nature.

The number of subjects taught in Sunday school or studied independently during one academic year is not regulated, as well as the way they are taught / studied - several subjects in parallel or sequentially one after the other. Also, at their own discretion, the teacher or student may combine or divide the materials of our lessons for one of their classes or supplement the materials with their own developments. In this regard, we would like to look forward to interacting with users of our site in order to develop and improve it.

The structure of one topic for teachers

Each topic has a specific structure. Let's briefly describe its components:

This part traditionally includes the transition from the material covered to the new (in the form of repetition, verification homework), disclosure of the content of the lesson and its consolidation, as well as the formulation of homework. In addition to these points, it may include an analysis of the works of the holy fathers, testing, etc. The lesson plan may also change in accordance with the personal preferences and capabilities of the teacher. For example, if multimedia tools are available, the teacher can include viewing in the lesson plan. illustrations, video materials(fragments of video materials), listening audio materials that are included with the lesson.

Sunday School Principles for Children

The section "Sunday School for Children" was created both for teachers of Sunday Schools and for direct use by children with the help of parents.

On March 9, 2017, the document "Standard for teaching and educational activities implemented in Sunday schools (for children) of the Russian Orthodox Church on the territory of the Russian Federation" was put into effect, which replaced the "Standard", which was in force since December 2012. The purpose of the "Standard" is to help teachers navigate the vast material on the Orthodox faith, religion and culture in order to systematize its study in Sunday Schools. Parents who are interested in raising their children in accordance with Orthodox traditions and striving for the correct spiritual and moral development of their children can also find a lot of useful information in this document. Because the Educational kit Since the course “Law of God”, which the Synodal Department of Religious Education and Catechization is working on, has not yet been developed, we strive to present our vision of the content of such a course for children in accordance with the “Standard”.

In the past few years, we have created materials sufficient for the study of the main disciplines of the "Law of God" course by children under 13 years old, based on the previous "Standard". Currently, materials are being developed for new disciplines and the necessary changes are being made to already developed materials. In accordance with the "Standard", the disciplines offered for study are grouped by age into three categories: 5 - 7 years old, from 8 to 10 years old, from 11 to 13 years old. The number of subjects studied simultaneously in each age category is not regulated by us. In 2015-2017, we created materials for studying one discipline in the first, four disciplines in the second and three disciplines in the third age category. In the 2017-2018 academic year, we plan to create materials for studying the remaining disciplines in the second and third age categories.

Teaching and thematic plans for all disciplines are developed in accordance with the "Standard" and are recommended for study on 1 topic per week, which is 28 topics per academic year, taking into account vacations, as well as holidays (non-school) days. For celebrations and other extracurricular activities we place thematic articles in the "Additional materials" section. As can be seen from the table, some disciplines are designed for six months of study, while others for 1.5 or 2 years of study.

At the stage of filling the section with educational materials, weekly (every Saturday) laying out of the materials of the next topic in three disciplines is supposed. In the future, when the materials for all disciplines are completed, this principle of displaying the current lesson on the calendar will be preserved.

Each topic is developed in two forms: for teachers and students. The student material includes lesson content with a web table of contents and in-text illustrations, as well as quizzes. This material can be used by both parents and children themselves. The material for teachers has a more complex structure. It includes the goals and objectives of the lesson, a list of used and additional literature. Additional literature either helps the teacher to pick up more material, or provides him with the possibility of an alternative presentation of the material. Also, materials for teachers include illustrations, video materials, audio materials and test questions on the topic of the lesson. It is also planned to publish thematic tests, crossword puzzles, presentations and other didactic materials, the base of which, we hope, will be replenished annually. Each topic is provided for the teacher with an approximate course of the lesson in one or more versions. The independent choice of the option by the teacher is carried out in accordance with his personal preferences and is intended both to help him provide variety in the lessons and to adapt to the characteristics of a particular children's audience.

On July 19, our group returned, which went to Gelendzhik to the dolmens. During this trip, events took place that are now beginning to influence the overall course of events quite strongly. And the most important of these events is the beginning of the process, which the spirits of dolmens called "transformation".

Despite the fact that I had several cycles of articles left unfinished, I decided to start a new cycle, because the information that you will read below, I consider very important. this work is the result of a series of letters I received from one of my readers. At the moment, this material is rather raw, in many cases it is rather a kind of hypothesis than definitively reliable information, since we still do not have enough data, facts and experimental evidence to dot all the i . On the other hand, based on personal experience and the information I collected, I knew for sure that various telepathic influences on people are possible, and quite ordinary ones, up to a complete interception of control, when a person does something that he cannot remember later. And, finally, there is a third, not very numerous category of people who, realizing that something is not normal from the usual point of view, are trying to figure out what is really happening, while not losing touch with reality and maintaining the ability to soberly think and evaluate what is happening.

Mankind has long known about this creature.

Let's start with the Bible. If we discard any other edifying implication, then the description of original sin can be described in one single word: infection. Moreover, we read the word original as an adjective for sin, while rather it is just a sin of the First Kind. When the birds are iron, then there will be the Last Genus.

That is, Eve ate something that came from something that is forbidden to touch under pain of being expelled from paradise. That something was infected, Eve got infected and infected Adam. This is precisely the reason for the expulsion of Adam and Eve from paradise.

Firstly, it is argued that the task of the lymphatic vessels is to absorb colloidal solutions of protein substances, which supposedly are not absorbed into the capillaries of blood vessels. At the same time, the diameter of both of them is actually the same, and there is water there and there. For what reason these colloidal solutions should not be absorbed into the capillaries of the circulatory system, but are absorbed into the capillaries of the lymphatic system, is not explained. They don't absorb everything. Secondly, the lymphatic system has one important drawback. Unlike the circulatory system, which has its own heart-shaped pump that creates a constant flow of blood, the lymphatic system does not have its own pump! Lymph moves through the lymphatic vessels due to the valves in them and their constant contraction and expansion during muscle contraction.

But if the lymphatic system is part of the immune system, which must remove toxins and harmful substances from the body, then this design has a very serious drawback, because when the body is sick, its mobility is minimal, since it begins to spend most of its energy on fighting the disease. . It turns out that it is at this moment that the lymphatic system does not really function properly! How so? But what about the removal of harmful substances from the body, the same colloidal solutions? How does the body remove them from the body during illness, when its mobility is minimal? And why do we not die of intoxication?

After re-reading a lot of different articles on the lymphatic system, I eventually came to the conclusion that it is not actually a "hydra", that is, some kind of completely foreign formation, although, until a certain moment, I had such an impression. It is part of our body, also because most of the tissues that make up the lymphatic system consist of cells that are generated by the body itself and have the same DNA as all other cells. But it is likely that it was modified to perform some other or additional functions, relative to the original purpose. Therefore, we dwell on this topic in more detail in order to dot all the i.

At first glance, which was voiced in the first part of the article, it seems that the body does not need any additional excretory system. Remember how we were taught in school? There is a pool in which water flows in through one pipe and out through the other. If the pipes are the same and the same amount of water flows through them, then the water level in the pool will be constant. All substances in the tissues of the body come only through the blood. The dimensions of the arterial system, through which blood enters, and the venous system, through which blood leaves, are almost the same. That is, we have "pipes" of approximately the same "diameter". Then why was it necessary to complicate the body and create an additional excretory system?

It was not immediately possible to find the answer to this question, which official science gives. In many articles about the lymphatic system, nothing is really said about this. But some argue that some proteins, including those formed after cell death and destruction, allegedly cannot pass through the walls of blood capillaries and larger vessels, so a separate excretory system is needed to remove them from the body. In particular, :
“The main function of the lymphatic system is to remove from the interstitial space those proteins and other substances which are not reabsorbed in the blood capillaries.» (How reliable this statement about blood capillaries is is a separate question, the same lymphocytes, which are large enough, easily penetrate the walls of blood vessels).

In other words, when cells begin to die and collapse inside the tissues, it is the lymphatic system that removes the products of their decomposition, primarily proteins. At the same time, it is also reported that the lymphatic system also works when destroying various foreign microorganisms and viruses that enter the intercellular space, where they are captured and destroyed by lymphocytes, that is, they are again destroyed and turn first into a set of proteins, and then into even simpler organic ones. connections.

Interestingly, in most cases, further decomposition of proteins excreted from the body into simpler compounds occurs even in the lymphatic system itself, in particular in the lymph nodes, where several lymphatic ducts converge from the surrounding tissues. From the lymph node there is one excretory channel, through which the decay products are excreted into larger lymphatic vessels and ducts. It is also interesting that the lymph does not flow back into the venous bloodstream in a variety of places, as one might expect. After all, it seems that the lymph nodes have already destroyed proteins to simpler compounds that can already be safely carried by the blood. But in fact, the lymphatic channels from the lymph nodes eventually converge to two large lymphatic ducts, the central thoracic trunk and the right thoracic duct, from which the lymph is already pouring into the right and left subclavian veins. In the diagram below, the direction of the lymph flow is shown by red arrows, and the places where the waste lymph is discharged into the veins are indicated by blue arrows (just below the neck).

So, the first version of the answer of official science to the question of why it was necessary to create additional system excretion in the body consists in the fact that it removes those substances that cannot, for one reason or another, be excreted through the capillaries of the circulatory system. But if we return to our analogy with a pool and pipes, then another answer suggests itself. We may need additional pipes in order to quickly drain excess water in some kind of emergency. Moreover, this option also fits well into the function of the lymphatic system declared by official science, since we can just consider the disease of the body as such an emergency situation when we need to remove an additional amount of toxins and cell decay products from the body. And here we come to another interesting point. The fact is that a person’s lymphatic system always works, that is, even in cases where he is healthy and it seems like it is not required to use a “reserve pipe” to drain the excess. Moreover, a violation in the work of the lymphatic system immediately manifests itself in the form of edema and inflammation of the tissues. At the same time, during many serious illnesses, when the emergency system for removing toxins should work, it suddenly turns out that its power is not enough for this. Swelling of the lymphatic vessels and other problems begin. And in one of the articles there is such an interesting fragment:

On the one hand, everything seems to be logical. Since the lymph collects the decay products of dead cells, in case of serious damage to the body, creating conditions for faster removal of toxins from the body will contribute to its faster recovery and will relieve additional stress on the kidneys, liver and pancreas. On the other hand, it turns out that the capabilities of the lymphatic system itself are not enough to be an emergency system of the body. Especially given the fact that all toxins and other decay products organic compounds return back to the blood, creating a load on the blood purification organs, although it would be more logical and rational for the emergency system to immediately remove these substances from the body to the outside.

By the way, I would like to note here that the statements of some of the commentators that the lymphatic system has outputs through the skin to the armpits and inguinal region have not been confirmed. In these areas, only the presence of a large number of sweat glands is observed. At the same time, toxins and even lymphocytes captured by the sweat gland from the intercellular space can be released through the sweat glands from the surrounding tissues, but this has nothing to do with the work of the lymphatic system itself, since the sweat glands are not directly connected with the lymphatic capillaries and vessels.

The same applies to the assertion that the lymphatic system has outlets in the area of ​​the mucous membranes, for example, in the area of ​​the genitourinary tract, in the respiratory tract, etc. This information has also not been confirmed. On the mucous membranes, an increased content of lymphocytes is indeed observed, especially in various diseases, but they do not get there through the ducts of the lymphatic system, but through the circulatory system. There are no outgoing channels from the lymphatic system on the mucous membranes. If something got into the lymphatic capillaries, then it cannot get on the mucous membranes.

The assertion that the lymphatic system serves to supply tissues with nutrients has not been confirmed either. This is not true. All lymphatic vessels have valves inside them that prevent the movement of lymph in the opposite direction. In this case, the entire system of lymphatic channels in the body is unidirectional. The lymphatic system does not have a second set of channels, such as the arterial one in the circulatory system. So, in principle, no nutrients can enter the body tissues through the lymphatic system. There is information that in some cases, lymphocytes are involved in the repair of damage, forming tissues that tighten the wound. But these lymphocytes do not enter through the lymphatic system, but through the circulatory system, since the blood contains many different types of lymphocytes in a fairly large amount.

It turned out that the intestine has a fairly dense network of lymphatic vessels and a large number of lymph nodes adjacent to it. Lymphocytes take an active part in the process of digestion of food. It has been established that when eating fatty foods, a large number of lymphocytes are observed, which are swollen from the fact that they have absorbed droplets of fat, which ultimately also leads to swelling of the lymph nodes in the intestinal area.

The official explanation is that the intestine is an area where the probability of invasion of various foreign microorganisms, including pathogens, is very high, therefore, in this area the body needs an increased concentration of lymphocytes, as well as lymphatic channels and nodes. That's just how the ingestion of fat droplets by lymphocytes can contribute to the fight against hostile microorganisms and viruses has not yet been clarified. The only thing that can be said with certainty is that, based on general structure and the topology of the lymphatic system, these fat droplets are definitely not intended for delivery to other human tissues. Therefore, they are used and disposed of in one way or another precisely within the lymphatic system.

I want to draw the attention of readers to another strange point, which I myself did not pay attention to before starting to study this topic. Official science claims that the lymphatic system is designed specifically to fight diseases, viruses and hostile microorganisms. Therefore, if the lymphatic system is the key body system for this struggle, then it is in the lymphatic system that traces of pathogens of various diseases should be detected in the first place. Now let's look at our own personal experience. All of us have had to go to hospitals and take a lot of different tests in one way or another. At the same time, we take blood for analysis in a variety of different ways, make smears from various mucous membranes, in special cases even take a bone marrow puncture, exposing a person to a rather complicated and painful procedure. Also, sections of various tissues, including cancers, can be taken for research. But with all this variety of different tests, I have never heard in my life that someone took lymph for analysis from the lymphatic system! I do not claim that this is not done anywhere and never at all, but if it is done, then it is very, very rare. At least I could not find any mention of such analyzes. And that in itself is very strange. The argument that it is very difficult to take lymph for analysis, since the lymphatic vessels are very thin, does not look very convincing. Firstly, there are quite large lymphatic vessels and ducts in the body. Secondly, if the literature mentions the use of lymphatic drainage in the treatment of certain types of damage to the body, then what prevents the lymphatic fluid from being taken in the same way for analysis? I strongly doubt that such a procedure will be much more difficult than taking a bone marrow puncture, especially since in the case of lymph, no bones need to be pierced. Or is such a procedure not widely practiced by modern medicine precisely for the reason that it can dramatically increase the chances that something can be found in the lymph that, in theory, should not be there?

So, we can draw the first conclusions from the above information. The lymphatic system is not a completely foreign formation, while it really performs the function that is attributed to it, that is, it removes the decomposition products of organic compounds from the body. But at the same time, it also follows from the available facts that the lymphatic system performs some other functions that official science says nothing about. In particular, there is a process that is very similar to the absorption and digestion of nutrients, including proteins and fats. At the same time, the substances captured by the lymphatic system are clearly not intended to nourish body tissues. Therefore, someone else feeds on them.

If we consider the lymphatic system as some kind of independent entity, then this structure has at least some meaning only when it is built into the human body and uses the organs of the body for its needs. Therefore, there is no point in “teleporting” it anywhere or moving it in any other way without the rest of the body. Also embarrassing is the too low efficiency of the system that we observe today on Earth. Out of almost 7 billion living people, the state in which, according to Konstantin, the maturation and “teleportation” of a mature individual of the “hydra” takes place, reaches several hundred people at most. This is too little, especially considering that Constantine considers the "hydra" to be an intelligent entity. If it were really intelligent, and it would really need mature new individuals, then the whole system would be built in such a way as to provide as many mature individuals as possible. When I asked this question to Konstantin, he answered the following: “Regarding efficiency. I don't see anything surprising in this efficiency. If you take the percentage of all the grains of one type of tree that have fallen in the forest, then exactly the same percentage will reach full maturity. I have been thinking about this topic for a long time, and eventually came to the following conclusions. If we continue the analogy with technical systems, then in the same racing cars, when forcing the engine, in order to increase its peak power, among other things, they strengthen the exhaust system, which will remove additional combustion products when operating at increased power. The exhaust channels are made larger to reduce the resistance to the outgoing gases, and additional exhaust pipes are also added. At the same time, such a modified engine really increases power. But at the same time, it also has a very serious drawback! When we transfer the engine to work with increased power, for which its design was not originally designed, this very sharply reduces its resource. Usually at times. In other words, such a modification shortens life span!

Exactly the same thing we see in the case of the human body. Our body was equipped with an additional excretory system, as something has changed in the general principle of its functioning. At the same time, the available facts indicate that this system functions continuously and does not turn on only during illness or damage to the body. That is why, when a serious illness occurs or the body receives a serious injury, its capacity is not enough to remove all the resulting toxins from the body, since it is already loaded.

So the "hydra" by its purpose is a system of suppression, which, firstly, blocks part of the mental abilities, suppressing some functions nervous system and the brain, including exerting a chemical effect on it. Secondly, it reduces the life span due to the disruption of internal metabolic processes, which I will discuss in more detail below. And, finally, thirdly, it sharply lowers the overall energy potential of a person, since the body is forced to constantly spend energy on restoring cells destroyed by the "hydra".

Here it is necessary to mention one more fact, which is confirmed experimentally. The fact is that the total number of cell divisions is not infinite. There is a so-called Hayflick limit or limit, which is associated with the feature of copying a DNA molecule during cell division. It is believed that the copying process occurs in such a way that the most extreme sections of the ends of the DNA, which is usually in the shape of the letter X, but can be copied. That is, it is somewhat similar to printing on some printers, when they inevitably leave margins of white paper from the edges where the feed rollers grab the sheet as it is pulled through the printing mechanism.

I also learned that today some researchers already have doubts about what causes the reduction of telomeres (the ends of the DNA molecule), but at the same time everyone agrees that it is the achievement of the ends of the telomeres of a certain maximum minimum value that leads to the cessation of cell division and its subsequent apoptosis. Apoptosis is a natural process of cell death and resorption in the body, which is distinguished from necrosis - the death of cells due to an external negative process.

A separate question, to which I could not find an unambiguous answer, is the lifespan of cells of various human tissues. A variety of terms are called, from 120 days to 15 years. Moreover, I heard the first term of 120 days in a program on the Vesti FM radio dedicated to the topic of health, where some woman doctor spoke (unfortunately, I did not hear who exactly). But this period is clearly not true, since with a limit of 52 divisions, the total life span of the organism will be only 6,240 days or a little more than 17 years, moreover, from the moment of conception of the fetus. And if we take into account that initial period development of the body, cell division occurs much more often, about once a day, then if Hayflick's theory is correct, the embryo will have to die 52 days after conception. And since this does not happen, we can once again repeat the same phrase "the mechanism of cell functioning has not been studied enough." Obviously, there must be some other mechanism that generates new cells with complete DNA. Most likely, the spinal cord and thymus (thymus gland) are somehow tied in this process, but this is already a topic for another article. In addition, it has already been proven that the Hayflick limit does not manifest itself in a number of cells, including cancer cells, which can divide an almost unlimited number of times.

Nevertheless, since the presence of the Hayflick limit for most somatic cells has been established and confirmed experimentally, we will proceed from the fact that after maturation and differentiation of the cell, when it occupies its permanent position in the body, it really turns on a certain mechanism that limits the number of divisions . This, in turn, means that if the process that generates new cells does it more slowly than the mature cells in the body age and die, then the life of such an organism will be limited.

Why shorten a person's life? This does not allow us to gain the intellectual potential that we should have. Back in school, we were told that most people use the capabilities of their brain by no more than 10%. But we cannot use its possibilities by 100%, if today we actually live less than 10% of the period that we should live based on the potential of our body. That is, we do not use all the opportunities, not because we do not want to, but because we simply do not have time to use them. We do not have time to form in our brain a neural network of such complexity and quality that would allow us to be fully aware of the processes taking place around us in order to fully and effectively manage them. We only outwardly look like adults, but intellectually, compared to what we should be, we remain underdeveloped children. For the invaders of our planet, this is very convenient, since children with an undeveloped intellect are much easier to deceive and keep under control.

In total, at the moment for myself personally, I came to the following conclusions.

The intense cell destruction causes the remaining cells to divide more frequently to make up for the losses. At the same time, the existing process of generating new cells, in which the full length of telomeres of DNA molecules, does not have time to form required amount new cells to renew all body tissues. That is why the tissues of our body begin to age and become decrepit gradually, and not all at once. In a young organism, all tissue cells are still young. They begin to break down the "hydra", forcing the remaining cells to divide. Over time, an increasing number of cells become old, since the mechanism for the synthesis of new young cells does not have time to produce the necessary number of cells to replace all the dying ones. That is, an old, decrepit fabric differs from a young one precisely in that it contains percentage cells that have already reached the limit of division and began to degrade, is higher than new cells.

Accordingly, if the body is exposed to some additional destructive effect, for example, while working in a hazardous industry, this will lead to even faster cell death. Therefore, the tissues of the body of such a person will grow old and decrepit much faster than that of someone who is not exposed to such additional harmful effects.
