How was the university born?

The university began its history long before it began to have a modern status.

The progenitor of the educational institution was the Moscow Higher Party School, established in 1978. A little over 10 years later, it was reformed into the Institute of Social and Political Works.

Getting a diploma is not difficult, but paying that kind of money just to get a crust is stupid. No student activity. Everything is rotten. I'm in 4th grade now. Over the years, the cost of education for new applicants has increased from 135,000 to 270,000, but for what - it is not clear!

Over the past 3 years, I was able to get through 1 time - without exhortations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIVERSITY TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY DISTANCE LEARNING. Passing the diploma via Skype, the diploma was not allowed, the reason was not explained. Now on 01.08 I'm trying to contact someone because there is a question about the restoration, I spent more than 2000 rubles on answering machines, I still can't get through to a living person ...
