The T-34 tank was installed as a tribute to the memory of the soldiers-liberators during the Second World War.

Immediately after the liberation of the village, the population began to restore the national economy. One of the forty kurens that settlers founded on the lands of the Kuban - Black Sea Cossacks, consider the Zaporizhzhya Sich, brothers - Slavs from Ukraine. And this happened at the behest of the Russian sovereigns, who were concerned about the reliable protection of the borders of the southern borders of the Fatherland, who suffered a lot from the raids of the warlike mountaineers of the Great Caucasus, and even more so from the Turks, who, no, no, and sought to take away from us by military means strategically important, including coastal cities like Anapa or the legendary Crimean Sevastopol.

Field Marshal Suvorov's coats

The mentioned forty kurens, who moved to the Kuban from Ukraine, chose a new place of residence by lot. Donskoy (later he became Dinskoy) fell on the banks of the Kuban River. They first moved there in 1794. But, as it turned out, not for long. Eleven years later (1807), the Cossacks were offered to move with all their belongings to the banks of the Kocheta River. The very name of the river is legendary. And it is connected with the great Russian commander Alexander Suvorov. In 1778 he took command of the Kuban Corps. He was based at three nameless rivers, which in different places merged into one. And at these rivers, the Turks, well, did not give rest to the Russian army, shamelessly fired with buckshot, not letting the carts with food and ammunition pass to him. And Suvorov decided to teach his opponent a lesson. From Ukrainian "kochet" - in Russian elementary "rooster". And the lieutenant general (such was the rank of the future field marshal at that time) ordered: “The kochet will sing for the first time - arrange a halt. Another time he will bawl out - move on the adversary with an accelerated march. And when he crows loudly for the third time - proceed to a decisive assault !". Conceived - done! And the Turks shamefully fled.
And some time later, the nameless rivers received names - Kochet the First, Kochet the Second, Kochet the Third. They formed the steppe river Kochety, along the banks of which the Donskoy (Dinskoy) hut appeared. At first, as usual, the first huts built the temple of God. which first received parishioners in 1827 and was called In the name of the First Martyr Archdeacon Stefan (Stefanovskaya Church), the children got the opportunity to study at schools. Mills, post office and so on and so on in order. Since 1842, the settlement received the official status of the village of Dinskaya. Together with the whole country, she survived the storms, hardships, upheavals - the First World War, October revolution, Civil and Great Patriotic Wars. Survived! And today it is one of the largest rural settlements not only of the Kuban itself, but of the whole of Mother Russia.

Everything is near, everything is at hand

As of 2016, there are more than 36 thousand inhabitants in the village of Dinskaya. Most of them - 87 percent - are Russians. They are followed by Ukrainians (8 percent) and Armenians (3 percent). But there are also representatives of other peoples and nationalities - Jews, Belarusians, Poles, Adyghes, Turks and so on. Taking into account the fact that Dinskaya is the administrative center of not only the settlement itself, but also the district of the same name, its population, of course, is larger and already exceeds 126 thousand. Like other villages of the steppe zone, Dinskaya is the breadwinner and drinker of the region and the country. Including those fourteen-odd tourists who annually come for rest and treatment to the Kuban - to its warm Black and Sea of Azov, to ski resorts - we have many opportunities for leisure.
The economy is dominated by agriculture - cereals, sunflower, sugar beets, corn, fodder crops are grown, livestock and poultry farming is well developed. And this can be seen on the shelves of local shops and markets, on the contents of the shelves of the region's trade enterprises, which also sell products from Dinskaya. The entire area of the district is 136196 hectares. It's pretty decent! In addition to Dinskaya itself, there are other villages: Plastunovskaya, Krasnoselskaya, Michurinskaya, Pervorechenskaya - only ten notable in terms of the number of inhabitants and the economy of rural settlements. The location of Dinskaya is very convenient. It borders on Krasnogvardeisky, Ust-Labinsky, Korenovsky, Timashevsky, Kalininsky, Krasnoarmeisky districts. From the center of the regional capital of Krasnodar in some three dozen kilometers. It is easy to get to the seas - Black from it at 145 (Dzhugba), Azov - ten kilometers more (Primorsko-Akhtarsk).
Therefore, it is convenient to be treated and relax on the coast, especially for those who have a personal car. The federal highway "Don" passes near Dinskaya. Plus two more highways: Krasnodar - Yeysk; and Temryuk - Krasnodar - Kropotkino. And that's certainly lucky: three railway lines pass through the region: Volgograd-Krasnodar; Krasnodar - Rostov - on - Don; Krasnodar - Stavropol. Travel, relax, have fun, go on business - I don’t want to! The village is surrounded by greenery and gardens. By the way, since 2009, parishioners have been able to pray and get married in the new Church of the Holy Trinity. And for atheists and believers, a cinema, a House of Culture, and a library with a solid book fund are quite suitable for cultural life. There are also comprehensive schools and technical school.

It is also forbidden to sit by the pond with a fishing rod

Let's just say for avid fishermen Dinskaya in the vicinity of the village just expanse! Not only is it located near the Kocheta River, where pike, crucian carp, rudd and many other species of fish are found. After all, it is within easy reach of the Krasnodar reservoir. And here it’s just - scope! It was built in 1973. Great - forty-six by fifteen kilometers. Depth, like the Sea of Azov, from five to eighteen meters. If you want - come to its shores on a personal car, there is no car - there are regular buses, minibuses, taxis. You can put up a tent on the shore, or you can settle in one of the recreation centers. For example "Forest Fairy Tale". There is everything here - cozy houses, a swimming pool, a playground, a parking lot, a holiday can be held outdoors - in a gazebo for ten and eighty people. In the morning go fishing, swim, sunbathe, and in the evening have a picnic. By the way, the fish in the Krasnodar reservoir is still in order - silver bream, ram, sabrefish, crucian carp, roach, silver carp, perch - you can’t count them all. The autumn harvesting season is over, from which you can’t rest with a mood with a fishing rod in your hands. Residents of the Donskaya often go to the reservoirs. And on the shore they will indulge in fish ears and bring fish to their family home. The village has long crossed the 200-year mark. Starting from a small kuren with several yards and turning today into a large, economically developed rural locality. The villagers are confident in their positive future!

The village of Novopokrovskaya is located in the steppe zone of the Krasnodar Territory and specifically in the upper reaches of the Yeya River at the confluence of the Korsun Stream. It is closest to Tikhoretsk - 47 kilometers. And to Krasnodar away - 205 kilometers.
