Those who tried to understand the general course of affairs and with self-sacrifice and heroism wanted to participate in it, were the most useless members of society; they saw everything upside down, and everything they did for good turned out to be useless nonsense, like the regiments of Pierre, Mamonov, plundering Russian villages, like lint, plucked by ladies and never reaching the wounded, etc. Even those who, loving to be smart and express their feelings, they talked about the real situation in Russia, involuntarily bore in their speeches the imprint of either pretense and lies, or useless condemnation and anger at people accused of what no one could be guilty of. Terrible university! When passing the VI, conducted by the university on its own, points are given not for real knowledge, but for the money of applicants or their parents! Weak students (who have barely moved from three to two all their lives, studying for a bachelor's degree) gain high scores and go to the budget, and strong ones only pass the minimum score boundary (this is a grade of 3), despite the fact that they graduated from school with a gold medal, and another university (bachelor's degree) - with a red diploma.

University Square- city square Saransk, named after Mordovia University named after N. P. Ogaryova decision of the Executive Committee of the Saransk City Council dated the 6th of May 1972.
