Monograph (from the Greek μονοσ - one, single and γραφειν - to write) - a scientific work in the form of a book with a deep study of one or some (closely related) topics. Among scientists, it is customary to crown any fairly long work on the study of a specific topic with the publication of a corresponding monograph, which traditionally covers a detailed display of the research methodology, a presentation of the results of the work done, as well as their interpretation.
A monograph can be individual or collective (a group of authors, as a rule, no more than five). Sometimes you can find an incorrect interpretation of the word "monograph" - "one person writes", although its creators can be either one author or a whole team, and the word itself means the specifics of the problems considered in it, its relatively narrow focus; "the unity of the writing theme", but not the writer. The monograph belongs to the genres of scientific prose. The monograph summarizes and analyzes the literature on the topics under study, and, as a rule, puts forward new hypotheses, theories, concepts that contribute to the development of science. The monograph is usually accompanied by extensive bibliographic lists, notes, etc.
According to State standard in publishing (GOST 7.60-2003, clause 3.2.4.3.1.1) a monograph is “a scientific or popular science publication containing a complete and comprehensive study of one problem or topic and owned by one or more authors” . Also, according to this standard, it is clearly defined what form the finished text should take.

The structure of the economy acts as a kind of rule that determines the direction and speed of the economic system. Several original models of economic growth of various systems are proposed. The principle of "combinatorial growth" is being developed as the main principle for the improvement and development of equipment and technologies. The microeconomic foundations of technological changes are studied. Thus, an interesting attempt was made to link the problems of institutional micro and macroeconomics, without resorting to well-known retrospective classifications of the technological development of economic systems. In this fundamental monograph, recommended for publication by the Scientific Council of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the author made a contribution to the development of the institutional-evolutionary approach of the Russian economic school. He owns the development of the original concept of the dysfunctionality of economic systems, the development of the "monetary range" model of the functioning of industrial organizations, the development of the neo-Schumpeterian competition model within the framework of the "innovator-conservative" system, which made it possible to bring J. Schumpeter's arguments about the emergence of new combinations in the economy to the macroeconomic level and ensure them economic and mathematical formalization through the use of the "natural level" hypothesis and A. Okun's law. By linking the "innovator" - "conservative" strategy with monetary functions, introducing the "monetary range" model, which determine the nature of the change in the agents' behavior strategy, a mathematical model was obtained and computer simulation was carried out, which made it possible to obtain completely different interpretations of macroeconomic changes and in terms of technological development economy. In fact, this model makes it possible to differentiate macroeconomic policy instruments by their impact on groups of agents, and changes the form of the classical welfare function that has been used for many years in economics. Using this model, interesting conclusions were obtained to determine the relationship between employment and unemployment, the effect that deviates the situation from the Phillips curve is explained when high inflation is accompanied by high unemployment, when GDP growth occurs with a reduction in "innovators" and innovations, only due to the "conservative" model behavior of agents, in connection with which a macroeconomic policy is needed that does not allow reducing competition among “conservatives”. The same work formulates a model of structural policy, structural dynamics, which should be the basis for conducting macroeconomic policy, expands the principle of J. Tinbergen, when economic policy instruments, even if they do not coincide with the number of goals (which is embedded in this principle), can provide more significant result than these parameters match. The proposed models make it possible to include in one way or another the institutional characteristics of the considered economic system. |

Mathematics has played and continues to play a significant role in economics. Economy without computers and applied software no longer imaginable. REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIALS |
1. The article must be done in hot topic and contain the results of independent research
2. .The authors are responsible for the coverage of materials.
4. Volume of materials sent by the author to collective monograph, not less than 20 pages. Volume materials less 20 pages not accepted for consideration
5. Design requirements:
Text format – Microsoft Word (*.doc, *.docx);
Page format: A4 (210x297 mm);
Orientation - book;
Margins (top, bottom, left, right) 20 mm each;
Font: size (size) - 14;
Font type: Times New Roman;
The line spacing is one and a half.
Do not put transfers.
6. Figures and tables are allowed in the text. The title and numbers of figures are indicated below the figures, the titles and numbers of tables are indicated above the tables. All graphics must be black and white.
7. The used literature (without repetitions) is drawn up at the end of the text under the title "List of used literature:". In the text, it is denoted by square brackets indicating the serial number of the source according to the list and, separated by commas, the page number, for example: .
8. At the end of the article, you must indicate the copyright sign (©), indicating the author (authors), and the current year.
