The main goals and objectives of the Interregional Olympiad for schoolchildren "Eurasian Linguistic Olympiad" are:

For the organization and methodological support of the Olympiad, the Central Organizing Committee of the Olympiad (Organizing Committee), the Central Methodological Commission and the Central Jury, which includes representatives of the founding organizations of the Olympiad, as well as other interested organizations (academic and research institutes, employers), have been formed.

The Olympiad is held in two stages.

Registration of participants and the first (qualifying) stage will be held from November 18, 2015 to January 20, 2016 in on-line mode.

On the website of the Olympiad (http://www.linguanet.ru//Solimpiada/), you must fill out a registration form and receive a task in the chosen language. Eight hours are given to complete the tasks, then access to the site from a specific computer of the Olympiad is blocked. Re-registration is not possible. The results of the qualifying stage and the lists of winners and prize-winners are published on the Olympiad website no later than February 15, 2016.

The second, final full-time round is held from February 1 to March 31, 2016 at the venues of the universities-organizers of the Olympiad. Winners and prize-winners of the qualifying stage are allowed to participate in the final stage.
