Sport in My Life

Sport has always been the essential part of a healthy mankind life. To my mind it helps us to keep our body strong, active and fit. And it also makes our personality disciplined, organized and optimistic. Fortunately sport is getting more popular in our country. Most people go to the gym several times a week, they are keen on jogging, playing football, hockey, volleyball, basketball or tennis. Quite a lot of people go regularly to swimming-pools, ski-centers and skating-rinks.

It’s funny but there are some people who spend most of the time in front of TV watching football channels or figure-skating championships, for example. And they proudly call themselves devoted sportsmen. I think they are just passive amateurs and fans of some sports teams. And it goes without saying that watching sports events and doing sports are not the same things at all.

As for me, I’ve been fond of sports activities since my childhood. To tell the truth I prefer team games because I like feeling support of my partners in such games. Volleyball is my favorite. You have to be fast and give unexpected balls to your competitors on the other side of the net. At school I was the captain of our volleyball team and we took part in our city matches. I enjoyed the atmosphere of competitions and the sweet taste of our victories. Sometimes we lost, of course, but we tried to accept our defeat with dignity. And now when summer comes we often play beach volleyball.

I really can’t imagine my way of life without sport. I like regular training. It keeps my body healthy and young.

И они с гордостью называют себя увлеченными спортсменами. Мне кажется, они просто являются пассивными любителями и фанатами спортивных команд. И, разумеется, смотреть спортивные события и заниматься спортом – это совсем не одно и то же.

Что касается меня, я увлекаюсь спортом с детства. Честно говоря, я предпочитаю командные игры, так как люблю чувствовать поддержку партнеров в таких играх. Волейбол – моя любимая игра. Нужно быть быстрым и подавать неожиданные мячи своим соперникам по другую сторону сетки. В школе я был капитаном нашей волейбольной команды, и мы участвовали в городских матчах. Мне нравилась атмосфера соревнования и сладкий вкус наших побед. Иногда мы проигрывали, конечно, но старались принимать поражение с достоинством. А сейчас, когда приходит лето, мы часто играем в пляжный волейбол.

Я действительно не могу представить свой образ жизни без спорта. Мне нравятся регулярные тренировки. Они поддерживают мое тело здоровым и молодым.

Одним из заданий в ЕГЭ по английскому языку является написание личного письма в ответ на письмо "англоговорящего друга по переписке". Объём письма ограничен 100-140 словами.

В ОГЭ начиная с 2020 года письмо планируется отменить, про ЕГЭ пока неизвестно. Ввиду неактуальности письма на ОГЭ, приведённая ниже инструкция актуальна только для ЕГЭ . Однако разница с ОГЭ лишь в том, что:
● на ЕГЭ просят задать 3 вопроса, а на ОГЭ – нет;
● объём письма на ЕГЭ составляет 100-140 слов, а на ОГЭ 100-120.

Написание письма на иностранном языке является несложным заданием, которое необходимо выполнить максимально быстро, чтобы оставить время на выполнение других заданий. Итак, рассмотрим единые правила написания личного письма.

В правом верхнем углу укажите адрес в следующем порядке:
номер дома, название улицы
город
страна
Допускается указывать адрес в кратком виде, например:
Moscow
Russia

Под адресом, пропустив строку , необходимо написать дату письма:
June 4th, 2019
4 June 2019
или менее формально:
04/06/19

Письмо начинается с неофициального обращения. Если в задании имя вашего собеседника не указано, его следует придумать:

После обращения обязательно ставится запятая!

Разделите текст письма на несколько логических абзацев, каждый из которых начните с красной строки.
1. В первом абзаце вам следует поблагодарить своего друга за его письмо:

2. Основная часть письма (2–3 абзаца). В ней вы должны раскрыть все аспекты, указанные в задании. Не забудьте задать необходимые вопросы.
Предполагается, что письмо должно быть написано в неформальном стиле, поэтому Вы можете использовать неформальные слова-связки, такие как well , by the way , anyway , so , разговорные выражения типа Guess what? Или Wish me luck! а также восклицательные знаки.

3. В последнем параграфе следует объяснить, почему вы заканчиваете письмо:
Well, I’d better go now as I have to do my homework.
Anyway, I have to go now because my Mum asked me to help her with the washing up.
I’ve got to go now! It’s time for my favourite TV show.
и упомянуть о дальнейших контактах:

В конце письма на отдельной строке указывается завершающая фраза-клише, которая зависит от близости автора и адресата. После неё всегда ставится запятая! Ниже приводятся возможные варианты от наименее формального (1) к более формальному (7):

I"m sorry I haven"t written for such a long time. I"ve been really busy with my new project. By the way, thank you for your brilliant idea. I really had the best presentation last time. I really appreciated your advice.

As for your question, I think all you have to do is just regular exercises. Don"t be lazy and try to find at least 20-30 minutes for your health every day. There is a rule of 30 minutes a day: if you do something at least 30 minutes a day you will have a result at the end of the week. For example, if you read 50 pages during this time, at the end of the week you"ll have total of about 350 pages. If we say that we don"t have enough time for it (as we usually do) we have 0 result at the end of the week. Besides, they say that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. So all you have to do is to take the bull by the horns and try it for just 3 weeks.

Unfortunately, I need to come back to my project. I hope my advice was helpful.

Что такое неформальное английское письмо?

Такое письмо также используется чтобы спросить какую-то информацию, поздравить с праздником, попросить совета/дать совет. Дружеское письмо может быть написано как старому другу, так и новому, неизвестному другу. Тон письма должен показывать вашу любовь и заботу о друге.

Как начать неформальное письмо?

Как и любой другой вид письма, неофициальное содержит определенные обязательные части. Конечно же это приветствие и прощание. Начните со слова Dear (дорогой) + имя человека, которому пишете. Также (особенно в е-мейлах) можно начать со слова Hi + имя человека.

Например: Dear Bob , или Hi Bob . Не обращайтесь к человеку по фамилии или Mr, Mrs . Это звучит слишком официально и даже нелепо в сочетании с Dear .

В неофициальном письме часто ставят запятую после имени, а сам текст письма начинается с новой строки. В таком случае важно сохранить стиль, то есть, если вы использовали запятую в начале, то повторите этот прием в конце письма, прощаясь.

О чем писать в неформальном письме?

• How are you? - Как дела?/ Как ты?
• How is your family? - Как твоя семья?
• Thank you/Many thanks for your (recent/last) letter/postcard. - Спасибо/Премного благодарен за (недавнее/последнее) письмо / открытку.
• I hope you are well. - Надеюсь, ты впорядке.
• I was so surprised to hear that... - Я был удивлен услышать, что...

Если давно не общались, подойдут следующие фразы:
